Will my kids like it?

We sure think so! Although they're packed with veggies, these are all family-favorite recipes that kids absolutely love. From Veggie Pot Pie to Lasagna Primavera, they're flavors that kids will come back to again and again. It's super simple — no chopping, cooking, or cleanup required! Just preheat your oven, wrap the meal in foil, and pop it in. Most meals heat in about 50 minutes or so, but check the directions on the back of each meal for specific heating instructions. When you're done, no need for cleanup. Just wash out the tray and recycle it curbside.

How long does the food last?

All of our meals ship frozen, which means that they'll last in your freezer for several months after delivery. We freeze our meals to lock in nutrients and maintain freshness with zero artificial ingredients or preservatives.
