Mexican Mole Bowl
The first bite into this bowl will transport your tastebuds to the heart of Mexico. We start with a rich mole negro from ¡Ya Oaxaca!, crafted from a blend of dried chilies, chocolate, nuts and spices. Tender seitan strips are mixed with our mole then served over RightRice, a rice alternative made with lentils, chickpeas and green peas. The dish is finished off with sweet plantains, charred corn, pickled red onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
