About Ereka Vetrini

Ereka, a food blogger, mother of two, and first-generation Italian-American, is no stranger to the restaurant business. She grew up working in her family’s restaurant, where her love of cooking began. There, she worked alongside her parents to open and manage the restaurant, gaining a strong work ethic and learning the secret to making the perfect pasta sauce! Later on in life, motherhood inspired her to start a food blog dedicated to creating and sharing easy and delicious recipes for busy parents.

How to Enjoy

Microwave: Remove from carton and peel up a corner of the plastic film to let steam escape. Microwave on high for 5 - 6 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165° F. Stir to mix ingredients.
Stovetop: Combine 1 teaspoon of neutral oil and 2 tablespoons of water in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add tray contents; cover and heat for about 7 - 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165° F, stirring often.
