A Dietician Approved Breakfast

We know mornings can be hectic, and our dietician Charlotte knows breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So we asked her why she loves our oat bowls so much and which is her favorite.

 Charlotte loves our Peanut Butter, Banana, and Cacao Oats-It's the grown-up version of your favorite childhood snack. We swapped the jelly for potassium-packed bananas and added cacao nibs for a dark, bitter crunch. Here's what she has to say about this nutrient packed, filling breakfast.

"This oat bowl contains not one but two nutritious whole grains: oats and quinoa. Oats are a staple in my morning routine. They are a nutritional powerhouse known for being rich in beta-glucan—a soluble fiber that functions as a prebiotic fiber and has been shown to be particularly effective at lowering total and LDL cholesterol. Quinoa is considered a “pseudo-grain”—it’s categorized as and prepared and eaten like a grain, but technically, it’s a seed. Like oats, it’s a good source of fiber and protein. The combination of 10 grams protein and 7 grams fiber in this oat bowl is sure to keep you full and satisfied ‘til lunch! "
