Don’t be fooled — this might look like your typical penne alla vodka, but we made ours extra, extra creamy, thanks to the not-so-secret secret addition of cashews to an already richly blended vodka sauce. With garlicky roasted broccolini and grape tomatoes baked in, it’s a meal that’s im-pasta-ble to resist.

How to Enjoy

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic film from tray and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Ovens may vary so we recommended adding an extra 10 minutes if needed. Remove from oven and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
