Healthy, satisfying food should be accessible to everyone.
We believe that everybody deserves to eat well. And we’re committed to building a better food system for a greener, healthier world. We call it “the fresh take,” and it’s the driving principle behind what we do.

The Fresh Take
Mosaic is changing how we produce, eat, and access food. Here's how.
Fighting food waste
Up to 40% of the food America buys ends up in the trash. This food waste goes straight to municipal landfills, where it pumps greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere.
The food we throw out is hurting our planet — and it’s time for us all to do better. Buying frozen food fights waste by lengthening shelf life and reducing spoilage. It’s an easy way to consume more thoughtfully.

Fueling busy lives
Less than 10% of Americans eat the recommended daily intake of vegetables. People are busier than ever, and fresh, healthy food can be inaccessible and inconvenient.
Whether you’re working an 80-hour week or lack access to decent options in your area, we’re putting affordable, healthy, balanced food at your fingertips.

Making a dent in hunger
40 million Americans struggle with hunger, including more than 12 million children. So we're chipping in to help.
For every Mosaic box sold, we work with the non-profit City Harvest to donate 2 pounds of nutritious food and distribute it to New Yorkers in need.
