Returns

Because we ship frozen food, we are unable to accept physical returns of any kind. This policy exists to ensure food safety for all of our customers.

Damaged or Warm Items

Your order should arrive cold or frozen. If your items arrive damaged or warm, we’re sorry — and we’ll make it right. You may be eligible for a store credit or refund in the following situations:

  • Your items arrive visibly damaged or defective

  • Your items arrive warm (food should arrive cold or frozen)

To request a credit or refund, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged or warm items to help us process your request.

Subscription Orders

We want to make managing your subscription simple and stress-free.

Order Cutoff Reminders

We’ll notify you before each recurring charge:

  • An email reminder is sent 3 days before your credit card is charged

  • An SMS reminder is also sent if you’ve provided a mobile number

Modifying or Canceling Before Order Cutoff

You can make changes to your upcoming delivery at any time before the order cutoff, which is 3 days before your scheduled charge date. Before the cutoff, you can:

  • Delay or reschedule an upcoming delivery

  • Cancel an upcoming delivery

Modifying or Canceling After Order Cutoff

If you need to make changes after the order cutoff, please email our team as soon as possible. We will make a best-effort attempt to cancel your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or offer refunds for orders that have already begun processing.
