Thanksgiving Dinner Bake

Everyone knows that side dishes are the best part of the Thanksgiving table, which is why we've put them all together in this delicious bake. An herbaceous meatloaf is the centerpiece, made with a blend of sautéed mushrooms, onions and textured vegetable protein. It's served with a savory veggie gravy and sweet cranberry sauce. On the side, we've whipped up a velvety sweet potato and butternut squash mash that's sprinkled with a candied pecan topping.
